CUBA: The Cookbook

Last year, I was excited to be asked to contribute to CUBA: The Cookbook, which has just been published by Phaidon. This beautiful cookbook by Madelaine Vazquez Galvez and Imogene Tondre showcases the diversity of Cuban cuisine.

The three recipes I contributed also explore how varied the cuisine is, from Creole Shrimp to Savory Chicken Pie from my parents’ hometown of Camagüey to my favorite dessert, Guava and Cream Cheese Pie. Look for the book at Greenlight Bookstore and more around the city.
